For a breakdown or anything urgent, call. It's always faster than typing, and you'll get an arrival estimate while you're on the line.
Answered 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
Message on WhatsAppUseful for sending photos and postcodes. If the car has already stopped, ring instead. It's faster.
For transport jobs that aren't urgent, it's often easier to send the details: both postcodes, the vehicle, and whether it starts and rolls. You'll get a callback with a price and a date.
Send transport detailsThis is the business address, not a workshop. Recovery is mobile, so there is nothing to call in at. Ring and the truck comes to you.
Based in Milton Keynes. Recovery and breakdown covers roughly an hour's radius, taking in Northampton, Bedford, Buckingham, Aylesbury, Newport Pagnell, Olney, Towcester, Leighton Buzzard and Wolverton. Vehicle transport runs UK-wide.
Four things, and the call takes about a minute.
A postcode, a junction number, a car park name, or the nearest building. Precise beats approximate, particularly on the grid roads.
Make, model and rough age. It decides how the vehicle gets loaded.
Will not start, will not steer, warning light, accident, stuck. Whether it rolls and steers is the useful detail.
A garage name and address, or your home postcode. Half the price calculation is the destination.
From 252 Google reviews, the large majority of them five star. The ones below are real, trimmed for length but never reworded.
Brilliant service, picked and collected vehicle as agreed and very, very reasonable charge. The cheapest quote we had. Paul was very helpful and sent me a photo once delivered. First time we used them, but would definitely recommend them.
Vehicle transportCar broken down and needed a recovery near Milton Keynes. Found Paul's recovery service online and he was able to get to me in 30 mins, which is amazing.
Breakdown recoveryToday my car battery died and I had no jumper cables when Paul drove into the car park I was in… In minutes my car started again and I was given great advice from him which as a new driver I greatly appreciate.
Jump startThey were brilliant. Got a quote the same day (which was significantly cheaper than others). Arrived early. Very professional and friendly. I thought I would have to go with Paul to drop the car off but he sorted everything for me. Really great service - would definitely recommend using them.
Vehicle transportCannot recommend this company highly enough. They are very professional, friendly and courteous and took the stress out of trying to arrange for our broken down vehicle to be transported home.
Breakdown recoveryOutstanding service. Arrived within 5mins of appointment. Polite, and very professional. Qualities rarely seen these days, also reasonable price.
Car movementsHe picked me up from the side of the road in -3 degrees in brilliant time and took me and the car to the garage. On the way he got a job close to home and offered me a lift back as well after dropping my car off.
Breakdown recoveryPaul came over at short notice and moved the car which wouldn't start to the local mechanic. When they didn't have the Honda software he took the car to another garage. Speedy and friendly service and half the price of another quote I got.
Garage knowledgeI had my car collected this morning and had no issues whatsoever. They showed up on time (even slightly early). Friendly and professional service, very reasonable prices, great communication before and after recovery.
Car movementsOur car recently broke down at the most inconvenient time and place. I called Paul and within 30 minutes it was all sorted… he also dropped us off at the train station so that we could continue with our plans.
Breakdown recoveryPaul is knowledgeable, friendly and he comes with a plethora of great advice. Nothing is too much trouble for him, no matter what time you call on him.
27 years on the roadHe was extremely helpful, got to us as quickly as possible, helped put us all at ease in what was a very stressful situation and got us where we needed to be. His knowledge and expertise were amazing.
Breakdown recoveryPaul was amazing. So friendly and helpful and even recommended a good garage to get my car fixed… Fantastic service. Thanks so much for making a rubbish Friday evening a lot nicer!
Garage knowledgeI had no idea which garage to use but Paul kindly recommended a number of garages and the one I picked also provided an excellent service. Can't thank Paul enough and would have no hesitation in recommending him.
Garage knowledgeI've used Paul quite a few times now! He's always been friendly and super helpful. Even on the couple of occasions when he's been unable to help he's made sure to recommend others who can.
Garage knowledgeI recently moved into a new property and I needed to bring my non-running car with me… his service was quick and safe. During the transport he took care of my car by driving slowly over the speed bumps.
Vehicle transportYou came to start my hybrid, knew exactly what to do to safely start the car. To top it off, you gave me the reassurance that you'd come out free of charge if I needed help for the same problem on the same day!
Jump startOur family was stranded far from home. Paul was very quick to respond, attend and do everything possible to sort the car, and us, out… he also connected us with a local garage, making sure we were looked after.
Breakdown recoveryGreat service from Paul, who looked after my cherished Saab 900 Turbo, transporting it to have it's gearbox repaired. Will certainly use his services again if required. Highly recommended.
Vehicle transportI very strongly recommend you give Carl/Paul a ring. Towed my life's work racecar to our new property, to perfection… excellent communication, arrived early, no time wasted in getting the car shifted safely and quickly, at a very fair price.
Vehicle transportPaul collected and delivered my new car from a seller on eBay 100 miles away from where I live. Given lockdown I had not seen the car, so he checked it over to make sure it was ok… frankly the cost unbelievably good value.
