What happens to the details you send us, in plain English.
The only personal information this website collects is what you type into the vehicle transport quote form. It is used to quote for the job and ring you back. Nothing is sold, shared for marketing, or passed to anyone who is not helping deliver the service. The site sets no cookies and runs no tracking of any kind.
Who we are
Church Street Recovery MK, Ellisgill Ct, Heelands, Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire MK13 7LP. We are the data controller for anything you send through this site. You can reach us on 07734 354239.
What we collect
Only what the transport quote form asks for:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Collection postcode
- Delivery postcode
- The vehicle
- Whether it starts and rolls
- When you need it moved
- Anything else you add
If you ring rather than use the form, nothing is collected by this website at all.
Why we collect it
To work out a price, to call you back about it, and to carry out the job if you go ahead. That is the only reason any of it is asked for.
In data protection terms, we handle it because you have asked us to take steps towards a possible contract. We do not use it for marketing and we do not send newsletters.
Who else can see it
This website is hosted by Netlify, who receive the form and hold the submission so it can be read. They process it on our instructions and for no purpose of their own. Beyond that, nobody.
We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not pass it to other recovery firms.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries are kept for up to 12 months, so we can pick up where we left off if you come back to us. After that they are deleted. If you would rather we removed yours sooner, ring and ask.
Cookies and tracking
There are none. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, carries no advertising pixels and loads nothing from third parties. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also object to how we are using it or ask us to restrict it. Ring 07734 354239 or write to the address above and we will deal with it within a month.
If you are not happy with how we have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will appear on this page.
